Kari Ann made the announcement Monday on the Howard Stern show. Peniche revealed some of the items she “enjoyed” and enjoyed too much, hence needing Rehab.

Kari Ann is also a stunning Benchwarmer Trading Cards girl. But most will still remember when she was briefly engaged to Aaron Carter. Kari Ann Peniche and Aaron met, 5 days later were engaged, and six days later broke up, says reports.

The last set of photos are of a younger Peniche with Aaron Carter. In one above pic, Aaron Carter hit a Las Vegas stage in 2006 and proposed to Peniche on stage. Aaron was reported 18 at the time, Peniche 22. Ironically, one month later, Carter’s reality show “House of Carters” premiered on E! while Kari Ann would also thereafter appear on the then E! broadcasted Howard Stern’s Show.
