“Scott Becker Looking for April” was the opening line of AprilBecker.com, a website that Scott Becker used to find daughter April Becker.

“Scott Becker Looking for April” was what April Becker (now April Becker Antoniou) found five days ago while searching her name online. To her surprise, she had found her dad. Today they are reunited.

Thirty years ago, Dr Becker started searching for his daughter. He had no luck. Private investigators just took his money. Scott Becker spent $40,000 and got no leads. Finally 10 years ago he thought of creating a website in the hope that maybe one day April would search her name online. This week she did.

“April Joi (Joy) Becker

“Dear April, When you read this, please send an email to: april@aprilbecker.com. I’m your dad and I would really like to talk to ya. When I get your email, I will ask you a couple of questions that only you would know so I can filter out the crazies out there. By the way, You have a lil sister that REALLY wants to talk to you Dad Scott Robert Becker.”

Antoniou’s Facebook page is updated to read, “you think I could have … [searched] that 7 years ago and saved myself the yearly torment. But, it all happens when it happens for a reason. I’m still in shock. I was at the point where I just figured I would never meet him. Glad I was wrong. And glad he was actually still looking, after all this time.”

The two are now reunited after 30 years.
