Jason Rodriguez killed 1 and injured 5 at Reynolds Smith and Hills Inc in Orlando today. The Reynolds Smith and Hills Orlando shooting was on the eighth floor.

All five survivors are in stable condition.

Reynolds Smith and Hills is an engineering firm that let Rodriguez go two years ago. A company spokesman says he was entry level at Reynolds Smith and Hills, worked one year, and was fired June 2007 for below level performance.

Persons elsewhere in the building barricaded themselves after news of the Reynolds Smith and Hills attack broadcasted across local Tampa tv stations Friday.

The office of Reynolds Smith and Hills is in downtown Orlando. Motive for the attack is still unknown.
