Now Sandra Bullock is facing off with Janine in a custody fight over Janine’s child with James, a 5 year old named Sunny James.

And while Sandra Bullock is typically quiet about her personal affairs, her custody fight is now front and center in celebrity news this week. It comes as a stunning declaration by Bullock against Janine has been revealed, profiled earlier this week on LALATE.

In the declaration, Bullock asserts she should have custody and is more than a stepmother.

The declarations come as Lindemulder is released from jail since previously serving time on tax evasion. Bullock says Janine’s condition would put her on “high alert”.

“We realized that due to the instability in [the girl's] life, bringing another child into the world at this time would not be in [the girl's] best interest,” she wrote.

“I am aware that Janine has claimed many times that my desire to have [the girl], was because I could not have children of my own, that couldn’t be farther from the truth.”

“I myself have stopped working like I used to in order to be here with Jesse and the kids because we are on constant high alert never knowing what condition Janine will be in, and even more concerning, the condition [the girl] will be in.”

“I know the term ’stepmother’ carries many connotations, one of them being ‘glorified babysitter’ . My commitment and responsibility to [the girl] … goes beyond that.”

Bullock tells the current Parade magazine she adores having the 5 year old girl in her life.
