PHOTOS! Here are pictures of the beautiful Janine Lindemulder (aka Janine Linda Mulder) who now faces Sandra Bullock in a custody fight. Janine Lindemulder is Jesse Jame’s ex wife and together Janine and Jesse have a five year daughter.

That daughter is the subject a nationally covered dispute today for the usually private Sandra Bullock. Revealed is Sandra Bullock’s declaration against Janine Lindemulder declaring that Bullock is not simply a stepmother.

The declarations come as Lindemulder is released from jail since previously serving time on tax evasion.

Bullock tells the current Parade magazine she adores having the 5 year old girl in her life.

But in a declaration, Bullock says Jannine’s condition would put her on “high alert”.

“We realized that due to the instability in [the girl's] life, bringing another child into the world at this time would not be in [the girl's] best interest,” she wrote.

“I am aware that Janine has claimed many times that my desire to have [the girl], was because I could not have children of my own, that couldn’t be farther from the truth.”

“I myself have stopped working like I used to in order to be here with Jesse and the kids because we are on constant high alert never knowing what condition Janine will be in, and even more concerning, the condition [the girl] will be in.”

“I know the term ’stepmother’ carries many connotations, one of them being ‘glorified babysitter’ . My commitment and responsibility to [the girl] … goes beyond that.”
