PHOTOS! Here again are pics of Amanda Knox whose trial with Raffaele Sollecito is now in the hands of the defense. Amanda Knox’s Meredith Kercher murder trial was not presented by prosecutors as well as many analysts had anticipated.
The trial heading into the defense phase will end with closing arguments November 20 and jury deliberations December 5.
Prosecutors contend plus the Amanda Knox, Raffaele Sollecito, and Rudy Guede are responsible for Meredith’s death. One expert tells CNN that, while the case may have a prosecution theory, it lacked motive and evidence to support the theory.

Raffaele Sollecito and Amanda Knox have long maintained their innocence and say they were not involved in the death of Meredith Kercher.
Amanda was an exchange student in Italy, 21, from Seattle. Raffaele, 24, is a fellow student from Italy, the town of Giovinazzo in the South. Meredith Kercher was from England.

A British report says the Knox family will have nothing left after defending Knox’s innocence.
“Although from different countries, Amanda and Raffaele appear to come from similar comfortable, middle-class backgrounds. Amanda’s family - who term themselves “typically American” - helped fund their daughter’s year in Italy in order to further her Italian, German and creative writing studies. Their savings have now largely gone, according to Amanda’s father Curt Knox. He has said the family will have “literally nothing” after paying for a team of lawyers, forensic experts, investigators and a media advisor in a bid to prove their daughter’s innocence.”

Knox’s testimony in court was worthless because her partner Sollecito refused to say a word but before he did shut his big beak, he said Knox had not stayed with him all night. In court where she testified she again repeated that she had in fact stayed with him, but, where he refused to stand up and support her, then the idea that the man is innocent is rather more than far-fetched. If he really was an innocent man, surely he would simply stand up and say yes, what Amanda Knox is saying is correct, she did stay with me.
Yet the truth of the matter is as recorded in court, and by the police before that, he shut up shop, changed his story and said that he’d told the police a bunch of lies because he had not considered the inconsistencies in Amanda Knox’s story to him.
He did this as a way to try to get out of the charges himself but, because his whole story at every level is nothing more than a bucket full of holes then the truth is seeping through and that truth says not only Knox is a murdering liar but Sollecito is too.
Help was available to the Knox-Mellas family in Italy, help provided by the State as is Italian law, they are obliged to provide aid, and pay for it if need be. but what Knox-Mellas crew wanted was to buy justice and to do this they hired a PR firm, and that is where Curt Knox’s childrens’ future college money has gone,.
No good playing the sorry ass, it was a matter of choice, yet no matter how hard they have tried to undermine this case, perverting the course of justice by buying the media is not as easy as they liked to think it is.
Knox’s family are not being honest at all and Sollecito’s family one of whom is a police woman have all been under investigation for corruption, they wanted to pay people off to have the judge removed to have police removed.
And the lovely little guy Raffaele Sollecito spoke in jail of driving over the head of the investigating police woman so I reckon you ought to know your song well before you start spinning it.

The more I read about Ms Knox the more I am totally convinced that she will be convicted for murdering Meredith Kercher.
I do not think for a second that Ms Knox is innocent.

I think that the prosecution’s case is solid. The American Media has obviously been infiltrated by Amanda’s hired PR firm. In Italy it’s an entirely different story. Why do you think that her lawyers have been preparing her for the more than likely outcome of a guilty verdict? Rudy Guede still places her at the scene, even though he’s a scumbaf himself, it may be the only truthful thing he’s said today. Amanda has displayed many tendencies of some type of sociopath in and out of the courtroom. Her loverboy seems even more psychotic. I really do hope that Mereidth is resting in peace and that her family will soon have some of their own. It’s about her after all, and seeking justice for her. Not Amanda Knox.
