Leo Frank - The People v Leo Frank!

The trial of Leo Frank and the murder of Mary Phagan comes to life in The People of Leo Frank on PBS tonight. Leo Frank is a Jewish northerner who in 1913 moved to Atlanta to become a supervisor in a pencil factory.
They 13 year of Mary Phagan, a child laborer in the factory, would die. Phagan’s body would be found. Leo Frank was tried and convicted and sentence to death. Then the governor commuted his sentence two years later. When he was set free, 25 men took him from the state prison and lynched him.
Who was behind the death of Phagan and Frank? On PBS tonight, the documentary by Ben Loeterman will attempt to answer the questions. The program aires at 10 PM local time. Ben tells CNN: “The test of us as a society is not necessarily how we treat the best among us but how we treat the most questionable.”
