The shocking revelation came after police arrived at the 50 year convicted felon’s home Thursday to serve him with new felony assault charges. When police arrived, they didn’t find Sowell but found bodies.

After a manhunt, and a local tip, Sowell was located. He spent 15 years previously in prison. The identities of the victims are pending.

Earlier this week, local press reported a stabbing at a Comfort Inn in Woodland Hills but didn’t have an identification of the victim. But the report did confirm he was a male film actor.

Saturday morning confirmation that the victim is adult film star Damien Michaels, 53.

At the motel, police said a frantic woman had called local press. The woman was identified as a friend of the victim.

Michaels was remembered by producer Rob Spallone today. Spallone said he was a longtime in the industry. In recent years, Michaels brought young girls into the industry – from “bus stops, to supermarkets, as anyone in the industry knows that’s what I best at.”

Woodland Hills is a community north west of downtown Los Angeles.

Funeral arrangements have not been announced. Micahels’ attacker has still not been caught. Police say they have leads.

Here are the TSSAA Football Playoffs brackets just announced. TSSAA’s Football Playoffs kick off December 3 for the State Championship Games.

“Division II BlueCross Bowl state championship games are to begin on December 3 at 3:30 p.m. (CT) (Class A) and 7:00 p.m. (CT) (Class AA) at Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, TN. Division I BlueCross Bowl Class 1A, 3A, and 5A championship games are to start at 12:00 p.m. (CT), 3:30 p.m. (CT) and 7:00 p.m. (CT), respectively on December 4. Kickoff for the Class 2A championship game is 12:00 p.m. (CT), followed by the 4A game at 3:30 p.m. (CT) and 6A game at 7 p.m. (CST) on December 5 at Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, TN.

“In Division I, the higher seeded team shall be the host school. If the two schools are the same seed, in odd-numbered years the top team in each bracket shall be the host team. In even-numbered years the bottom team in each bracket shall be the host team.”

On Friday morning, Layla fans heard the “news”. A Knoxville radio station named Sports Animal said that she would pose for the cover of the famed magazine. Upon hearing the Animal news, fans went wild.

Tiffany Carpenter, UT public relations director, gave the tragic news – “absolutely not true.” Sad, very sad. “Absolutely” is such a harsh word.

But in worse news, Lane Kiffin was reprimanded by the Southeastern Conference for criticizing officials during the Alabama game. SEC commissioner Mike Slive indicated this week that Lane Kiffin could be suspended if he continues to violate conference rules.

Slive said the following:

“This is the second reprimand for Coach Kiffin in this calendar year. Coach Kiffin is on notice that for any further violations of SEC policies will subject him to additional penalties including suspension.”

Kiffin said the following:

“I’m sure we’ll get one of those letters that really means nothing as Bobby got last week, but Florida and Alabama live on”.

“Oregon has really rallied in great fashion and is playing great football, and they have presented a tremendous amount of problems for us on offense with their offense, such varied attack with such a good looking running quarterback, great style about him, LaMichael James is really on fire right now, so it’s a very tough attack for us to deal with.

“Defensively, they have been very effective and they have been very aggressive giving people problems, numbers are in great shape, stats, all that kind of stuff. Really have been kind of on the attack since the Cal game, they have really been effective, more so than earlier in the year.
