PICS! Get ready for the Levi Johnston’s Playgirl pics as new details about the photos are released today. Levi Johnston’s rep confirm when and how the Playgirl spread will be shot. As reported earlier on LALATE, Levi Johnston’s photo shoot was scheduled for late October.

Now Johnston’s manager says the spread will be done November 16. Soon Bristol Palin’s baby daddy – who this month is doing advertisements for snack food nuts too – will turn the cameras on himself.

Johnston’s rep confirms the Alaska native has been hitting the gym routinely for three weeks, six days a week. How much can three weeks to transform Levi Johnston? It may change his body, but not his attitude, distanced from the Palin family because of his outspoken remarks about the former governor and her family.

In fact his photo spread will be shot the same day as Sarah Palin appears on Oprah – November 16.

While Playgirl is not given guidance as to an exact release date, expect it to to be the holiday issue.

Holiday spreads in magazines of this genre can be big bucks for a publisher, even in a declining publishing market. For Playboy it was Kim Kardashian’s release month.

The 19 year old Johnston claimed he hasn’t decided which side to reveal for an undisclosed amount. But this week reps confirm it will all be shown.

The Palins have not commented about the spread.

PHOTO. Are indications of a new Michael Jackson death photo leaked false or real? The alleged Micahel Jackson death autopsy photo claims to be taken from a professional camera, not a cellphone. But is this true?

As reportedly earlier on LALATE, a British tabloid editor says the photo could demand at least a $1 million sale price. That is, if the photo is real.

The details are profiled in a report this week that an online writer received a telephone tip about the photo’s owner. What does the photo show?

First, the claim is the photo was taken professionally, not by a cellphone. “[It's] not a cellphone picture …. [they] quality was far too good.”

Second, the allegation is that photo shows Jackson, shaven head, eyes open, eyebrows tattooed, skin ashen in color, lips flat without makeup, showing a scar on left cheek, makeup removed, lying on his back.

Third, the angle the alleged position of the cameraman is 30 degrees to the left

The report claims that the Michael Jackson autopsy death photo was leaked by a “high ranking police friend” to a Los Angeles leading restaurant owner who now has it stored in his BlackBerry. Why a restaurant owner has the purported photo, and who he is, is unclear. Moreover how a “police friend” got access to the photo remains unanswered.

Anderson Cooper and Benjamin Maisani were snapped recently with sport bikes. Benjamin Maisani wore a polo shirt and aviator shades. Cooper opted for a polo of the same brand. How ironic. Both wore jeans with Cooper adding in a Nike hat.

Cooper, alone, is now reportedly on vacation in Jaipur, India. The New York Post says “Anderson’s room has a large round bathtub. On the first night it was filled with bubbles and sprinkled with red rose petals.”

The location is the Rambagh Palace that costs a reported $3200 a night and features garden views of the Maharajan palace.

Reportedly, Benjamin Maisani is Parisian and a former bartender at an establishment named Barracuda. No comment by either to the report.

Curry Glassell is 52, mother of two, and is contesting the last of 9 wills asserting her dad’s lawyers were responsible for sending most of his estate to charity.

Curry Glassell faces opposition by her brother, Alfred Glassell II and Alfred’s widow Glare, among others. Curry Glassell asserts if she wins, she would take home roughly $100 million plus land. If she looses, Curry Glassell could take roughly $3 million and land.

Her attorney writes:

“For decades, Mr. Glassell’s wills provided substantial gifts to his daughter and his two grandchildren. Only at age 87 did his will change to dramatically reduce those gifts. Curry Glassell contends that her father was heavily influenced to reduce these gifts by others he trusted at times when he was vulnerable.”

Joe Jamail who represents her father’s museum says:

“She’s grasping at slender reeds …. Contrary to what Curry Glassell’s attorneys at law claim, she was not disinherited by Mr. Glassell, who provided adequately for her during his lifetime and provided for her and her two children in his will …. She was given this money, and she squandered it.”
