PHOTOS! Here again are pictures of Jamie McCourt whose divorce with Dodgers owner Frank McCourt took  a new turn with allegations of an affair with Jeff Fuller. Jamie McCourt claims Frank McCourt had no basis to remove her from her job as CEO of the Dodgers recently.

In a stunning filing Tuesday, Jamie claims she has evidence – including the couple’s own attorney – that she was co-owner of the Dodgers. Jamie said the team name was put only in Frank’s name to protect Jamie’s extensive real estate holding and other investments.

Frank McCourt now disagrees, saying “reports of these statements have been detrimental to the Dodgers, my other business ventures, and me personally… . [Her claim has] thrown an unjustified cloud over the ownership of the Dodgers.”

The Dodgers were bought for $430 million in January 2005 from News Corp which was reportedly loosing $75 million per year.

The Jamie McCourt Jeff Fuller affair allegations are part of a declaration filed by the Dodgers owner Frank McCourt today.Jamie McCourt’s attorney refused to comment to the allegations today. Earlier this week, Jamie wrote the following:

“Frank has no right to purport to terminate me. We are co-owners of the Dodgers. Not only has Frank publicly held us out as co-owners of the franchise, he has also admitted this fact in front of our estate planning counsel.”
