PHOTOS! Frank McCourt claims ex wife Jamie McCourt (pictures below) had an affair with Jeff Fuller. The Jamie McCourt Jeff Fuller affair allegations are part of a declaration filed by the Dodgers owner Frank McCourt today.

Frank McCourt is in a bitter divorce with his ex wife who he fired as Dodgers Chief Executive. Jamie earlier this week filed documents seeking to be reinstated to her Dodgers position claiming that everyone including the McCourt estate attorney knew she was co-owner of the Dodgers.

Frank McCourt claims today that she is not a co-owner but was a party to an affair with her bodyguard. He also claims Jamie McCourt’s went to France for 2 1/2 weeks but billed the Dodgers the trip as a business expense.

Jamie McCourt’s attorney refused to comment to the allegations today. Earlier this week, Jamie state the following in a declaration:

“Frank has no right to purport to terminate me. We are co-owners of the Dodgers. Not only has Frank publicly held us out as co-owners of the franchise, he has also admitted this fact in front of our estate planning counsel.”
