Ali Kay is reportedly 24, he’s 38, and the’ve been reportedly engaged since at least February 2008, and are still not married.

The Ali Kay Alex von Furstenberg story is back in the news today with reports that Reggie Miller has “gotten” a restraining order against Alex von Furstenberg.

Reggie Miller claims that 0Alex von Furstenberg – even after the whole summer events of the banner and text messages – confronted him Malibu this October. Miller describes Alex as weighing 19 pounds and “bald” and used “threats of violence and erratic behavior” that “[I'm] fearing for my safety.”

Los Angeles beach lovers saw a plane fly overhead in August with a banner “Reggie Miller stop pursuing married women”. But Reggie Miller’s restraining order claims Alex von Furstenberg was pursuing him after he left a Malibu eatery on October 17. Miller reportedly claims among other allegations that Alex von Furstenberg threatened him, followed his car, put his car infront of Miller’s “several times” and continue to make “threatening” gestures.

If you recall, reports indicated in summer 2009 text messages sent back and forth from Reggie Miller to Ali Kay, 50 from EACH in 6 hours.
