Meleanie Hain DEAD
PHOTO. Here is a picture of Meleanie Hain (aka Melanie Hain) the gun carrying soccer mom now found dead with husband Scott Hain in their Lebanon home. Meleanie Hain soccer mom antics brought her national attention one year ago when she carried a hangun to her kids soccer game in plain view.
Last night, Meleanie and husband Scott Hain were found found shot dead in their home; their children home were not harmed.
Meleanie Hain’s case would reach national attention in September 2008 after her local county sheriff Michael DeLeo cancelled her gun carrying permit days after she would show up to her kids soccer game with the firearm.
Hain would appeal and win. The Hain would take DeLeo to federal court allegedly constitutional rights violations. Hain was seeking $1 million. The case is reportedly still pending.

I have a saying that if you are against me carrying a gun to protect myself. Then when you need protection you are just S#@T out of luck./

@locco: let me guess. You think only police and military should have guns. Well she was shot in the back by her police officer husband with his duty issued handgun. She was unarmed in the comfort of her own home. You idiots are all the same, you complain about peaceful citizens having guns for self defense and then cheer when they are murdered even when their gun had nothing to do with their murder.

I live 5 minutes outside of pittsburgh, pa and i know 3 people killed by drunk drivers, 8 killed by a falling tree, 2 killed by house fires a 5 killed by random weapons such as baseball bats, tire irons and bricks. I do not know anyone killed by gun violence.
Another way to view gun crimes is this…. lets ignore what weapon was used and focus on why the “victim” may have been killed. last time I read the bible it detailed of adultry, theft, rape etc. were all punishable by death thefore was the victim really a victim or were they a criminal? just because someone was shot to death, does not make the shooter a murderer.
