VIDEO! SNL gave David Letterman’s affair only two jokes last night. Saturday Night gave David Letterman not a full SNL sketch but two jabs during Seth Meyers’s Weekend Update.

Seth Meyers said the extortion attempt by a 48 Hours producer was “a stupid human trick.” Then Meyers said the guy was threatening to reveal details of David’s personal life such as: “After sex, he would always say, ‘Stay tuned for Craig Ferguson.’”

Earlier this weekend, “Late Night” Jimmy Fallon added this: “There’s a new book out called ‘Why Women Have Sex’ that says there are 237 reasons why women have sex. And folks, Letterman knows the top 10.”

Stephanie Birkitt worked for 48 Hours, the show Robert Joe Halderman served as a winning producer. In a recent interview , Stephanie Birkitt said her segments with Letterman are natural:

“My on-air calls with Dave however, are unrehearsed and just natural conversation between the two of us.”

On Letterman, she says the following:

“I do have a great deal of fun with all of the opportunities and experiences this job affords me. Working for Dave is great though. Aside from being incredibly funny and personable he is generous, kind, and is great fun to play catch with. I really couldn’t ask for a more fun work environment. Dave is truly the greatest boss I could ever have.”
