MAP! Here is your course route map for the New York City Marathon Sunday. The ING NYC Marathon will prompt street closings from Staten Island to the Bronx.

The race which drew 36,562 finishers in recent years will stat at 8:20 AM for the Wheelchair division with the final group, Wave 3, starting at 10:20 am. The marathon starts in Staten Island with total prizes at $500,000. VIP Tickets for bleachers will run you $75.

From Staten Island, participants will head over the Verrazano Narrows Bridge arriving in Brooklyn’s Dyker Heights. When you arrive in Brooklyn, your streets will start in the 90s and count all the way down to zero once passing Sunset Park and entering Park Slope.

In Wiliamsburg, Greenpoint, and Long Island City, you’ll have approximately 5 miles. When you leave Queens and Long Island City, you will be a the 15 mile mark.

It’s then time for the fun as the race enters into Manhattan at east 59 and heads up 1st Avenue. You will stay on 1st and go from 59 to 125th, out of Manhattan, and into the Bronx. The race only stays 1 mile in the Bronx before re-entering Manhattan.

At that point you are at mile 21. You will reenter Manhattan on 5th Ave and head straight down from 138th to roughly 87th where you then enter Central Park. The rest of the race will remain in Central Park.

Tonight the Sci Fi Channel (now SyFy) features the Essex County Hospital on Ghost Hunters. The Essex County Hospital is the location of the live Halloween Ghost Hunter special tonight.

But why the Essex County Hospital? Some of the buildings you will see on Ghost Hunter tonight were built in the 1800s and early 1900s. In 1917, a storm left patients without heat for weeks. In 20 days, 24 people died. 32 suffered frostbite.

In World War II, deaths increased. Historians put deaths at over 10,000 at Essex County Hospital. Today, some believe that ghost still walk the halls of patients who have tragically died.

The Essex County Hospital has been featured on Ghost Adventures (Travel Channel), and the movie Choke. And even worse …… the Chicago Sun Times reports tonight to “keep an eye out for satanic dark energy in Building Five.” !!!

World Series Game 3 current score is 0-3 with the Philies’ Werth leading a scoring drive in the 2nd.

World Series Game 3 was slow in the first. A series of strike outs dominated the action for both the Yankees and Phillies. But then a stunning homer by Jason Werth to left ignited the Philies.

With no outs, Feliz doubled to right. Ruiz then walked. Hamels’ bunt moved Feliz to third, Ruiz to second. A Rollins walk brought Feliz in for the second run. Then a sacrifice fly by Victorino brought Ruiz in for third run.

Current score starting the 3rd: 0-3

UPDATE #1:- 2-3  in the 4th.

UPDATE #2: 5-3 in the 5th. Swisher doubled. Pettitte hit a single bringing Swisher in. A Jeter single brought Pettitte to second. A Damon double brought Pettitte and Jeter in.

UPDATE #3: 6-3 in the 6th Swisher home run.

UPDATE #4: 6-4 after Werth homered again in the 6th.

UPDATE: #5: 8-4 in the 8th.

UPDATE: #6: 8-5 Ruiz homered

In the 1st, Jeter and Damon grounded out, Teixeira struck out. Then Philly’s Rollins singled and stole to second. In the 2nd, Rodriguez got hit, Cano struck out, Swisher flied out to right.

Moments ago, Jason Werth delivered a blazing homer to left. Still no outs in the bottom of the 2nd. In game 2, Phillies scored early but failed to deliver runs later on. Series is tied 1-1.

UPDATE #1: SCORE is 0-3. SECOND INNING - A Rollins walk brought Feliz in for the second run. Then a sacrifice fly by Victorino brought Ruiz in for the third run.

LIVE - Current score on the USC v. Oregon 2009 game is 3-3. Today’s USC vs. Oregon game has a starting score just where Coach Carroll wanted it, tied in the first quarter.

Carroll told press earlier this week that the best way for the Trojans to win tonight is to keep the game consistently close. Carroll said that USC has learned that Oregon’s sound factor is worse if you let Oregon command a notable lead.

Matt Barkley is 6 for 9 and 39 with zero TDs. Masoli is 3 for 5 with 40 yards. On rushing, USC’s McKnight has 26 yards on 3 carries, and Oregon’s James has 20 yards on 3 carries.

Damian Williams is playing despite injury concerns during the week. Williams for USC has 3 receptions and 15 yards. Carroll said the following about Williams:

“He’s really hard to tackle. He’s just got a neck. He’s got a real sense about making the guys that are in his mind he made a great jump at Cal, I don’t know if y’all saw it, but he made a great cut to leave the guy near the sidelines as he was breaking do you know the sidelines, just can’t even touch him, and he has ways of making people miss or making them miss the tackle, even. He’s done that well. When he caught the ball at Notre Dame on the little outside screen, it was in my mind, he was going to score as soon as he caught it. There was just too much field for him and too many options. Bryce made a nice block for him but they didn’t touch him there, either.

“He’s hard to get away from and better than most guys at doing that. That is what makes him a great punt returner and we are just warmed up with it. I hope we’ll continue to be really explosive there. Guys are working really hard on that team and they believe in him and know he can take it to the house. I think this is about I far the best we have been in that area and the most explosive in years. So it will be exciting to see if we can get something going there, again.”

World Series Game 3 under Rain Delay. World Series Game 3 is rain delayed as of 8:30 PM EST currently.

LALATE had reported earlier Saturday that weather forecasts for Game 3 in Philly predicted good weather at start time and then poor weather in later innings. FOX is now running highlight tapes of the previous two games in the series with commentary.

FOX New York lists weather conditions for Philly game 3 as cloud covered, temps 59 to 62 degrees, with winds 15 to 20 mph. At the moment, we are approaching a 1 hour weather delay due to rain.
