UPDATE – Felix Jones is fine after that hit during Cowboys’ 3rd quarter tonight against the Panthers on Monday Night Football. Felix Jones’ knee injury came after 94 yards and 8 carries Monday.

Jones was injured on a 40 yard run. Jones was fitted for a brace prompting thoughts of return in the fourth. But heavily wrapped, Jones left the Cowboys game for good.

Tony Romo said of the Cowboys win tonight against Carolina:

“You’re always frustrated and disappointed when you don’t play to what you feel like you’re capable of. That was me last week.

“There’s a lot of adversity you have to go through at different times, and if you keep plugging away, playing hard and just trying to get better, it’ll come out the right way. … This week was all about trying to execute better so we could come out and get a win.”
