“3″ is produced by Max Martin. The song drops on The Singles Collection out November 24, one week before Britney’s 28th Birthday.Martin has previously worked with Spears on “…Baby One More Time”, “Oops!…I Did It Again”, and “If U Seek Amy.”

This weekend, Spears ended her U.S. Circus Tour in Las Vegas. Britney twittered to her fans:

“My good friend Lance [Bass] surprised me on stage last night for Breathe On Me. It was soo funny! Good to see you Lance! -Brit”

The Singles Collection comes in a standard and deluxe fan box set. The Standard version carries 17 tracks, the deluxe 29 and a DVD.
