PHOTO! Here again is a picture of Khristine Eroshevich in the Anna Nicole Smith case. Yet alleged bathtub photos of Khristine Eroshevich and Anna Nicole Smith are part of the questions surrounding the investigation into the medication shortly before Smith’s death, claims a new report.

A new report addresses what investigators have added to their focus:

“The investigation also turned up images that authorities contend are evidence of a lack of professionalism by the doctors. Three photos on the hard drive of Smith’s laptop show the model and Eroshevich naked and embracing in a bathtub, according to an affidavit. The photos are dated two months before Smith’s death. Another affidavit cites video, previously aired on Inside Edition, showing Smith in a “nightclub setting” with a shirtless Kapoor who “was kissing and nuzzling” her.”

Kapoor’s lawyer says the event was for charity and the sole time the two socialized. Eroshevich’s attorney wouldn’t comment on the alleged bathtub photo but said of his client:

“[She] was in a position of either doing nothing and leaving a psychologically unstable person to fend for herself or attempt to help Anna even if the circumstances surrounding the treatment were less than ideal.”

In March, California Attorney General Edmund G. Brown issued the following statement about the three:

“These individuals repeatedly and excessively furnished thousands of prescription pills to Anna Nicole Smith, often for no legitimate medical purpose.”

Eroshevich at that time quickly responded to the allegations through her attorney, Adam Braun. AP reported that Braun “acknowledged his client wrote some of the prescriptions using fictitious names for Smith but that the intent wasn’t to commit fraud.” Braun said the following:

“It was not to deceive anyone. It was done for privacy reasons. She did the best she could under difficult circumstances in the best interest of the patient.”
