Joseph Dado of Penn State has been missing since a Saturday frat party as reported early Monday on LALATE. Moments ago, officials confirmed Dado’s body has been found.

Steve Shelow, university police director, issued the following statement late Monday:

“At this point, there’s no reason to suspect foul play. This appears to be an accidental fall, but our investigation will, of course, continue as we go over the evidence at the scene.”

Penn State maintenance workers were repairing a broken pipe on Monday inside a campus building. At the bottom of a stairwell, they reportedly found Joseph’s body.

Dado had been with friends at Alpha Tao Omega fraternity, 321 E. Fairmount Ave., then went to Phi Gamma Delta, on 319 N. Burrowes Road, around 1:15 a.m. Sunday. But at 3 am, Dado left Fiji alone. By morning, Dado was still not in his residence hall dorm. He had not responded to emails nor calls.

His family is from Unity Township. Joe Dado was 18.
