In June 2008, LALATE reported that John Utendahl (often mispelled as Udentahl) and Tyra Banks are prepping for a wedding. Then the same engagement reports reappeared August 2008. Today the reports are much the same with Tyra spotted wearing a big rock over the weekend.

Last year, LALATE reported to you that “Whispers tonight online are asking whether Jon Udentahl and Tyra Banks will be getting married this August, specifically August 30.”

Still no confirmation from Banks or Utendahl .

Utendahl’s reported bio is amazing.

“Being born on 1957 John Utendahl is one of the charismatic men of todays era owning the Utendahl Group of companies. Utendahl Group is the largest African American owned investment banking organization in the United States. Utendahl is regarded as one of the most honorable and successful African Americans on Wall Street.”

But the best part – Utendahl has an MBA from Columbia Business School!

“John Utendahl began his career in 1982 as a corporate bond trader of Salomon Brothers. Then he tried his hands on the brokeage house of Merrill lynch. His skills and talents had helped him to soon acquire the post of vice-president. “

Tedy Bruschi will at a press conference Monday announce his retirement, says reports. The Tedy Bruschi New England Patriots retirement press conference is scheduled for just minutes from now.

As reported last night on LALATE, Al Michaels on Sunday Night Football’s broadcast announced that New England Patriots LB Tedy Bruschi will retire Monday.

The Patriots did not comment but scheduled a press conference, stating simply the following:

“The New England Patriots have called a press conference for an important player announcement”.

The press conference is scheduled for 10:45 am EST.

Tiffany Shepherd was that teacher you may remember from May 2008 that was fired for being a hostess on fishing trips. Shepherd had taught biology at Florida’s Port St. Lucie High School.

Shepherd was covered in press May 2008 as the “bikini hostess” teacher, strangely fired from a teaching job simply because her second job involved serving sandwiches and drinks to patrons on fishing boats. She had taken the innocent job then as a divorcee to support her three son:s

“I can make $600… in two days’ fishing. That’s a week’s pay for me. You don’t wear jeans or slacks to go fishing…. I wasn’t doing anything wrong.”

School officials said Shepherd was let go now because of her second job but because she was missing time at her first job with them!

“She just doesn’t come to work. We did not know about her second job until after she received her notice of non-renewal.”

Now Shepherd is 31 and turning back to “teaching” as Leah, claims a Florida report. The Sun Sentinel claims:

“Since her sacking made national news 15 months ago, Shepherd says she hasn’t been able to find a mainstream job. Even at minimum wage. Even after sending out 2,500 resumes, some as far as Idaho, some to prisons. She’s lost custody of two of her three kids to her ex-husband. And she’s been evicted from two apartments.”

PHOTO! Here is a picture of Anand Jon Alexander of “America’s Next Top Model” who will learn his sentence today. Anand Jon Alexander gets sentenced today and could face life in prison.

Anand Jon Alexander was a fashion designer featured on Tyra Banks’ “America’s Next Top Model”, had clients including Paris Hilton, selling jeans in excess of $700. But as reported on LALATE in November 2008, Alexander was found guilty of assault against women that he lured. The women came in hope of modeling gigs, ages 14 to 21.

An investigation in Beverly Hills in March 2007 led to similar charges out of New York, being reportedly indicted on nine women there too. Alexander graduated from Parsons School of Design in New York.
