As you can see from the later set of snaps, a younger Peniche was engaged to Aaron Carter in 2006; Aaron was then 18, Peniche 22.

Years later, Mindy McCready was roomates with Kari Ann Peniche doing Celebrity Rehab, the VH-1 reality tv show. It was there that Kari Ann claims Mindy allegedly stole her harddrive. And what was on the harddrive? Guess once, you’ll guess right.

Mindy has yet to issue a statement to Peniche’s claims.

Kari Ann went to LAPD. And then came the “summit”. TMZ reports a “summit” was held between Eric, Rebecca, Kari Ann and Mindy in which the parties agreed Eric owned the contents of the harddrive. The summit was reportedly 30 days ago. Apparently the summit didn’t work because of … well you know what happened Monday.
