PHOTO! The Brett Favre Vikings Jersey is set to go on sale online. Brett Favre’s Vikings jerseys were being worn all week by some fans prior to Favre’s signing. Yes, those weren’t authentic.

But today Favre’s mom Bonita tells press today that he will play Friday against Kansas City. Favre is returning to the Vikings after 17 seasons with the Packers, one with the Jets. Bonita tells press:

“He is going. I have mixed emotions, but I have always loved to watch him play. This time, however, I thought he would stay retired and stay home. I guess he could not do it.

“He told me he would always wonder ‘what if?’ I told him I supported him.”

And what happened when the above guy wore that jersey days ago? He says he got shouted at 75% of the time!
