Sarah Chalke and fiancé Jamie Afifi have been engaged since December 2006. Sarah tells PEOPLE this weekend the following about Afifi:

“The best is just knowing that 100 percent somebody always has your back and you always have theirs.You have a partner, you have a buddy.”

Chalke and her fellow Canadian boyfriend have yet to set a wedding date.
