Carrie Prejean Miss California Lawsuit!
Carrie Prejean is suing Miss California. Carrie Prejean is suing the Miss California organization, Shanna Moakler, and Keith Lewis says a report tonight.
The former Miss California has reportedly filed asserting slander, libel, public disclosure of private facts, religious discrimination, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent infliction of emotional distress against certain named defendants.
Neither side has yet to comment about the matter. The suit does not name the national organization nor Donald Trump.

Here she goes again - we should have known, just before the book comes out. That’s why the publisher gave her a contract - banking on the publicity of a lawsuit drawing attention again to their princess - ugh! I hope the pageant folks don’t cave in to her - that’s all we’d need. I read that they will attempt to resolve it out of court. At least it would settle it sooner - sure Carrie and team want it to drag out in the press longer. She’s such a media PIG. For awhile, no media outlet would touch a story about her - but, she and attorney know how to bait the press again. They’re disgusting - lies, and more lies.

Awesome!! I hope she wins a big settlement out of this. If I was the judge it would be 100xmillions. That’s small compensation for having her personal modeling port folio stolen, medical records disclosed, parents attacked and suffering a relentless smear campaign that has involved every despicable act that you can imagine.
Maybe there is still hope for honest and justice in La La Land.

Good for her! I hope she wins big time. I admire her courage to state her opinion when asked and for not backing down in the face of adversity. She will be rewarded for the discrimination she has had to endure through this organization and she is a positive role-model for others.
