It was last Saturday that LALATE first broke to you that Steve McNair was found dead with a female then identified as his girlfriend, 20 year old, Sahel Kazemi. Quickly by Sunday reports that Kazemi was given a DUI arrest just days before her death.

Cops arrested Kazemi driving a Cadillac Escalade bought by McNair and registered in both their names.

In the video, Kazemi is recorded flipping her hair back and forth, smiling. She told the officer she wasn’t drinking and driving, just high, and then retracts it and says she’s not high.

The attending officer tells Kazemi that McNair has left in a cab without saying goodbye and is “not happy”.  Kazemi’s response is : “I just want to know if Steve is going to come get me from jail”. He eventually did bail out Kazemi. Days later she murdered McNair.

As reported earlier today, police on Wednesday ruled that Sahel bought a gun days before the shooting and then killed McNair with four gun shots before turning the gun on herself.

Three memorials are scheduled for McNair and one funeral service. The first memorial is Thursday, the final is Saturday. For that information and more on the McNair case, click here:
