Marion Barry a stalker? Marion Barry has been given a stalker arrest. One stalking arrest, a misdemeanor charge, was given to the former DC mayor, now DC Council member, after he and a female were driving in separate cars near Anacostia Park shortly before 9 pm Saturday night.

What were they doing? Where were they going? No details have been released.

The location was on Good Hope Road. But the female gave no hope to Barry’s alleged advances from another car, getting cops’ attention. They questioned Barry, charged him, and then released him, giving him a court date next week.

Who’s the woman? What did Barry say to her? Police won’t confirm if the two wre traveling together at the time and won’t identify her.

Barry is currently on probation. No comment by his attorney.
