TICKETS! The Statue of Liberty reopens today. Did you get your tickets yet? Statue of Liberty Tickets for Ferry rides starting July 4 went on sale a few weeks ago.

Today, with perfect weather, the stunning Statue reopened for the first time since 9-11, ferry rides departing at 7 am with excited passengers.

So if you do wish to attend Lady Liberty, how do you get tickets? Statue Cruises (StatueCruises.com) gives travelers several different types of tickets and departure options.

1) First Choose where you wish to depart from.

New Jersey’s Liberty State Park
New York’s Battery Park

But Ferry operators remind passengers the following:

NOTE: You may depart from and return to different locations. However, once you return to either Battery Park or Liberty State Park, you may not reboard the ferry. Be sure to use the appropriate boarding location at each island.

2) Next, choose the ticket type: Click a ticket type below to see a description and pricing. You have several different tickets to choose from, some lasting multiple days with the 3 Day Flex Ticket. Its pricing runs as follows:

Compare Tickets

The Flex Ticket allows access to the grounds of Liberty Island and Ellis Island. Audio Tours are available for an additional fee. A specific start date is required for purchase. Flex Tickets are valid for one time use within a three day period. Arrive anytime, but early arrival is suggested for the Security Screening Facility. A Crown Ticket or Monument Ticket may not be ordered with the Flex Ticket.
