Teacher Crystal Defanti’s tape / DVD shocked Isabelle Jackson Elementary. Crystal Defanti’s DVD was given to students to cover school trips and found memories of the last school year.

Unfortunately, Defanti didn’t double check her DVD before copies were made and sent home for her student and their parents to watch.

Crystal Defanti’s DVD starts normal. Isabelle Jackson Elementary functions appear on the DVD’s menu display. You select a menu option and then appears her adorable students, smiling, having the time of their life.

Suddenly the DVD cuts to …  Crystal Defanti having the time of HER life. Oh yes, on the couch.

On student tells CBS that he turned to dad and said “Daddy, is that Ms. Defanti?’

Imagine what dad said! He tells press he had stay up the whole night to explain to his son “the birds and the bees”. But no explanation is yet clear how DVD editing messed this up so badly, very badly.

The School district is reportedly investigating but experts believe that since it was an accident, Crystal Defanti will be able to keep her job. A new DVD is scheduled to be released without the extra footage included.
