Michael Jackson’s will calls for sole custody of his kids to go to Katherine Jackson. Michael Jackson’s will says Katherine Jackson should have sole custody of Jackson’s three children – Paris, Prince I, and Prince II (Blanket) says a report tonight.

The will calls for the children’s inheritance to go into a trust fund, says the reports. The will was executed in July 2002.

The same will says John Branca and John McClain, not Katherine Jackson, should be executors of Jackson’s estate for his children.

Just three years before, Katherine and Joe Jackson declared Chapter 7 bankruptcy with reportedly $24 million in debts including court judgments and listed assets as one a single house in Las Vegas at less than $300,000. The bankruptcy was reportedly terminated in 2007.

This is comparison to Michael Jackson’s own financial documents revealed today that at one point Jackson himself had $331 million in debts and assets at $567.5 million.
