1. Sole guardianship of his children Paris, Prince I, and Prince II (Blanket) goes to Katherine Jackson
2. In the event of Katherine’s death, guardianship goes to singer Diana Ross.
3. His assets are going into a Trust (and that will remain confidential).
4. The trust executors are John Branca (an attorney) and John McClain (profiled earlier on LALATE, the man who helped launch Janet Jackson’s career at A&R Records and then launch Interscope Recrods).

Branca and McClain have today released the following statement:

5. Jackson lists himself as not married.
6. Debbie Rowe is not provided for in the will.
