Property Room (PropertyRoom.com) is an eBay for police auctions. PropertyRoom.com carries property rooms of 1600 law enforcement agencies in the U.S.

It picks up the contents, then sells them, and finally splits the proceeds with the law enforcement agency, money typically going to the agency’s pension fund.

As one report explains, after Property Room picks up the contents, it sorts them locally, then brings them to their facility in Los Angeles. Immediately a Gemological Institute of America-trained specialists examines jewelry items to see if they are real.

Agencies reportedly are pull in as much as $60,000 per year for their pension funds because of propertyroom sales. And that number is growing.

The brainchild is former police officers including reportedly Daryl Gates as its founder. It now deals with 2000 departments and has annual profits of $3 million

Joe Jackson has been cut out of Michael Jackson’s will. While Katherine Jackson appears in Michael’s will, Joe Jackson has been left out of his own son’s will says widespread reports.

Over the years, alleged disputes between Michael Jackson and Joe Jackson were never clear. But if new will reports are accurate, they will confirm what Michael may have thought of his father.

Jackson had alleged during his life time that his father Joe had beat him. In a new 2002 will surfacing, the Wall Street Journal is reporting that Jackson provides for his children, his mother, and charities, and not for his father. The will is currently in the possession of John Branca.

Branca is set to lodge the will with the court within the next 30 days.

Rick Astley is NOT dead. Rick Astley fake death reports hit Monday night after the same about George Clooney around dinner time.

In recent weeks, the celebrity fake death spectrum has moved on from Miley Cyrus and Lil Wayne who have both “died” about a dozen times together this year, from planes to trains. While the death reports seem to populate more among music celebrities, an upswing lately is coming in fake film star deaths.

Why?

And yes, the day of the week that the false stories break has changed dramatically.  In 2008 to early 2009, the fake death stories generally fell on Sunday afternoons or late weekend evenings. Now midweek is common.

And gone are the plane, trains, and car crashes. Now popular are hotel rooms — celebrities out of town in some strange hotel.

Rick Astley is alive. Miley is doing great. And Lil Wayne is still kicking well.

Yemenia Air has identified the Yemen Airline plane crash as Flight IY626. Flight IY626 crashed from Sana’a to Moroni Tuesday into the Indian Ocean, says officials moments ago on the airline’s website.

Yemenia Air’s statement online reads only as follows:

“Yemenia regrets to announce the crash of Yemenia flight No. IY626 from Sana’a to Moroni with 142 passengers and 11 crew onboard”.

No other details have been released including passengers lists, contact numbers, time of a press conference, or similar. As broke earlier on LALATE, a local official was quoted no search and rescue capabilities were available, but moments ago as detailed here French Military in the region was dispatched with Comoros aids.

Officials for Comoros say they don’t know where the plane is in the Indian Ocean but believe it could be directly on the flight path. Speculation suggests the French search and rescue is currently following the path between Sana’a and Moroni and focusing near Mitsamiouli.

The plane was an Airbus 310. No details about the plane’s service, nor weather in the region, are yet known.
