With that being said I’ll post something (Personal) I’m a Female I Recently have had a Lil running with the Law and I (Personally) Have not allowed any 1 close 2 me Like mom, dad, (2 Pay or Over Pay any amount of Money) 2 No 1, Specially If I’m innocent, Bcuz I aint no Celeb, which means that I’ve NO Insurance comp. wouldn’t be making no deals with the (PIGZ) Law officers NOR Will I just sit still and watch 20. Mill. go down the drain! Now MJ Fans I’m not implying anything by this comment again (Personal) Running with Some (PIGZ) from the state I reside in, NOW Lets make this clear my chargers where not from child molestation, drug trafficking, DUI’s I went 2 Jail and was held in the HOLE a Solitary confinement with in a Jail Facility for trouble or violent inmates, now I should also ADD I’m 28 yrs old, and when this happened I 27 I Had NEVER EVER, EVER, EVER Had any run ins with “THE LAW” and they placed me in jail for PARKING TICKETS, Not SPEEDING OR anything more SERIOUS” and the Constables ( Marshalls ) Picked me up when I was walking back from picking up my Youngest child 6 yrs old from school! People People People, stop being so ignorant and before you judge please get off your lazy arse and do some research on the facts.

1993 Case:

1. Michael Jackson’s insurance company negotiated & settled the claim to the Chandlers’ against MJ’s will. (All in court documents)

2. Evan’s initial motive was extortion for 20 million so he can become an executive producer of a movie.

3. Look up criminal journalist, Aphrodite Jones & her book Conspiracy.

4. The description of MJ’s genitals that Jordan gave did not match to the photos the police took.

Those are some of the brief facts.

2005 Case: Accuser, Gavin Arvizo

Janet Arvizo, mother had history of false claims:

1. JC Penny – security guards; abused, abduction & molestation.

2. Ex husband – David Arvizo; abused, abduction & molestation (which in her previous deposition under oath she claimed she was never abused by him).

3. Michael Jackson; abduction & molestation. During the time she claimed to be abducted, she was out on a shopping spree and going to a beauty salon. Not once did she mention to anyone that her and her family was being abducted. Duh!

Wow, do you see the pattern here?

Janet has also falsely filed for welfare & food stamps never disclosing other incomes that she has/received. If your child was molested, would you:

A. Contact the authorities & make sure the molester will go to jail?

B. Contact a civil attorney to find out how much money you can make from this case?

It is always better to make commentary based on as much information as possible. Terry George leapt up excitedly as the phone rang. It was 9pm and he knew exactly who it would be… the most unlikely best friend a 13-year-old boy could have.

It was none other than his pop idol Michael Jackson, who had been calling his Leeds home like clockwork for the past five months after striking up a bizarre relationship.

But this time the besotted young fan’s excitement soon turned to shock and embarrassment as Jacko’s voice crackled down the line.

“He’d ring at 9pm on the dot three times a week and we became like best friends,” Terry recalled. “But on this night he sounded different. The line went quiet and I asked if he was still there.

“Then, suddenly out of nowhere, he asked me if I masturbated and that if I did, did I use cream? I was puzzled and said no. I said I didn’t know what he meant.

“When I paused he said, ‘Would you believe that I am doing it right now?’ and I could hear down the line he was making strange noises. It made me feel confused and uncomfortable.”

Yesterday Terry – now 42 and a multi-millionaire businessman – said: “Michael was a musical legend and genius. But what he did when I was a teenager was wrong.”

He was the first victim of the star’s obsession with children which would ultimately cripple his career.

Jacko, accused of abusing several young boys, was never convicted of any crime. But multi-million-dollar pay-offs to families and a warped insistence that it was OK to share his bed with boys has left a permanent stain on his legacy.

It was in 1993 that young Jordan Chandler claimed in a police statement he was abused at the singer’s Neverland ranch.

Yet more disturbing allegations followed. Jacko’s obsession with children started when he befriended Terry in 1979.

They met when the youngster turned up at his hotel and asked his idol, then 21, for an interview.

“He invited me into his hotel room and we got on brilliantly,” Terry said. “As I went to leave he invited me to hang out with him the next day at the hotel.

“We would sit and giggle and laugh together. It was clear he was happier to be around children than adults and enjoyed their company.”

Before Jacko flew out he asked Terry for his telephone number so they could keep in touch.

“It made me feel special. I got a buzz knowing I had a direct line to a celebrity so I agreed and he promised he would ring me.”

Just a week later came the first of Jacko’s regular calls from America. Terry recalled: “He’d often ask if my parents were in. And when I explained that they had gone out to play bingo he would relax.

“We would chat for hours about silly stuff.He’d sing songs to me down the phone and we’d talk nonsense. We became like best friends.”

Then, only months into their friendship, Jacko abused his trust with the call encouraging Terry to pleasure himself.

“He knew that I wasn’t happy with what he had done and that I felt uncomfortable about it.”

However, they stayed in touch, taking turns to call. That ended when Terry rang up a massive bill and his parents’ line got cut off. In 1981 they met face-to-face again in the UK – but this time Jacko was frosty. “I’ve no idea why his attitude towards me had changed,” Terry said.

They lost contact soon after. Then, suddenly in 1993, Terry got a call from LA detectives on the Chandler case.

Terry said: “The police told me that they felt Michael’s behaviour started with his friendship with me.

“Although I knew what he did was wrong I believed him to be a very confused person rather than a paedophile.”

Yet the investigation which followed suggested a very different story. Dozens of children and former staff, including cancer survivor Gavin Arvizo, came forward claiming he’d abused kids.

He was accused of forcing kids to drink “Jesus Juice” – wine in Coke cans – and watch porn in a hidden room off his bedroom.

His alleged victims claimed the King of Pop pleasured himself in front of them – and insisted on “teaching” them how to do it.

At a trial that followed, Jacko was found not guilty of all the charges.

Yet friends say the claims sent him retreating into his own secluded world.

Earlier this year in a shock call to Terry, Jacko laid bare his misery.

Terry said: “He phoned me out of the blue and we both made our peace about what had happened in the past. I’ve forgiven him for what happened.

“He told me he had been under a lot of pressure recently. I think he was a very confused man who never grew up and lived a tormented life.”

He went on: “He said that people were forced to say things that they later regret.

“But he insisted his love for children was entirely innocent.”

Terry also revealed that Jacko had taken a strong interest in the website he’d founded, Gonetoosoon.org – where users post tributes to people who die young.

“He had been on the site and said he was touched to see some of the messages,” he said. “It had left him very sad and emotional.

“It’s unbelievable that three months on he is dead. After all the strain and torment he has lived through I thought he would live forever. And I am sad that he is gone.”

Even though I’m not a MJ fan, I’ve read that 1) Jordan Chandler’s description wasnt 100% accurate, Chandler said MJ was circumcised when MJ was not or sthing. If it was accurate, criminal charges would have been filed.

2) There’re reports that stated MJ’s insurance carrier insisted on settling & paid the 22 million in the 1993 case. MJ did not want to settle, it seems. True or not, like this Jchandler confession thing, we’re not sure.

Ok people, I know for a FACT you or I were not there at the time any of this abuse was or wasn’t taking place, and just for the record NO OFFICAL SITE has posted anything about any one stating they did or didn’t lie, all people will and have made there own opinions about this subject and those who believe he is innocent will continue to believe it and those who believe he is guilty will continue to believe it even if Jordan himself was to go on tv and say it wasn’t true the people whos minds are set on MJ being guilty will just say the family paid them to say it……. no matter either way as MJ is doing right now all will answer to someone much more important then any of us (GOD)…. I’m not a huge Michael Jackson Fan but watching and reading his story anyone can tell that MJ was INNOCENT. He was just surrounded by the wrong people and the Media never forgave him.

I have to set this straight. Jordan DID admit he lied about Michael because his dad owed money. My cousin is friends with Jordan and years ago they’d play xbox at Jordans condo. One night they were drinking beer and Jordan said nothing happened that is was about money but when Michael dies he will come out. It finally happened, can’t believe it’s true because I thought my cousin was playing around. They don’t hang out anymore. I wish he had a tape recorder then.

Michael was so obviously innocent. Lets hope all of you judging him never get falsely accussed of anything. Then you may know how he felt. He was an easy target for people. He had loads of money, was on top of the world and was childlike himself. The tabloids had been writting horrible stuff about him for years so im sure the accussers thought this would be an easy target. Look how many people turned there backs on him. Its horrible. Everything he went through, all he gave, and this is what happens? No wonder no one wants to do nice things for people anymore.. Michael helped thousands and thousands of children, only to have his faith crushed by two liars? I can’t imagine how horrible that felt for him. If he really liked little boys there are countries were it is perfectly legal to go buy some, so seriously people, stop it. I loved Michael and am thankful for all the wonderful things he has done.. He will be GREATLY missed.

I guess none of us was there except MJ and Jordan so let’s don’t make the judgement easily or just by our own feelings and imaginations.

However, from my own experience that working in the media business for almost 20 years….I’d suggest you guys just take the news or the reports for reference only….what makes the best sales? Definitely the scandles of the celebrities’.

The judge’s decision may be more reliable than what you’ve seen on CNN or BBC.

I agree with Jackie and Jessica. The second accuser’s mother was clearly looking for money she was just trying to be sneaky about it. Pay attention Harold and not be so quick to attack people. My mom’s best friend had a daughter who was sexually molested and she didn’t file a lawsuit like the Chandlers seeking money. She went straight to the police (after taking the girl to the hospital) and pressed charges!!!! Not to mentioned the 2nd accuser’s mother filed a lawsuit against JC Pennys after getting caught shoplifting claiming BS. If you were beaten up you would have went to the police. So she was cleary seeking money from MJ.

MJ was a great person who trusted the wrong people. RIP my friend.

I’ll also add for you people who think that having more than one boy come forth means for 100% certain he’s guilty. Think deeper. MJ is a major target of law suits. Not to mention copy cat law suits. These oppertunists are not very original. It’s like when someone sues mcdonalds for hot coffee burning them, then another shows up to try the same thing, or hot fries. And I’m all for protecting kids. BUT when I see all the lies and a lynch mob like that, it makes me take pause. I’ve had it with these articles and plan to find something more constructive…

You need to get YOUR facts straight. The second victim was not looking for money, despite the fact they probably could have won a civil case against MJ.

Second, there were at least three victims (Jordan Chandler, Jason Francia). Just because only three boys came forward does NOT mean that there were not others who wouldn’t come forward.

Third, less than 2-4% of the time are people falsely accused of child molestation from their victims. There being at least three victims, this puts it at around 0.0064% or less probability that MJ did not molest any boys.

I am curious why people are so quick to defend a celebrity and trash a potential child molestation victim. It is a complete double standard.
