Jordan Chandler Statement Not!
Jordan (aka Jordy) Chandler has not issued a statement on Michael Jackson, despite online claims. Jordan Chandler, Evan Chandler’s son, is being wrongly reported across blogs Tuesday as issuing a statement concerning his 1990s case.
However, new details are coming out on the Chandler (now 29) suit against Jackson that would be settled in 1994. Chandler was reportedly paid $15,332,250 at the time.
In the years that followed, Chandler reportedly returned to court following an ABC interview conducted with Lisa Marie Presley and Michael Jackson. The case would eventually be decided in the California Court of Appeals in 2000.
As reported earlier on LALATE, a public memorial is set for Neverland Ranch Friday. On Monday, Katherine Jackson was given temporary guardianship of Jackson’s three children while denying temporary guardianship over the children’s estate. And new reports since Sunday say that Debbie Rowe and Jackson were not the biological parents of the first two children - Paris and Prince I. Rowe has yet to express if she intends to contest Katherine Jackson’s desire for child custody.

This is true, Michael actually lived with Jordan and his mother. He took Jordan everywhere, EVERYWHERE… They held hands, they hugged and kissed in public. Jordan didn’t want to charge Micheal because he LOVED him, They were in love with each other. Micheal bought Jordan and his mother lots of clothing and groceries and bling. Micheal at the time even called Jordan his boyfriend. Evan Chandler wanted to make money off it. He made Jordan say he was sexually molested. Although yes they have had sex but it was willing between Micheal and Jordan.
Jordan told the police that masturbated together, acts of hugging and kissing. Jordan also told police descriptions of Micheal Jacksons penis, which turned out very accurate.
either way Micheal is a creep, Micheal and Jordan were a couple in love. That is a sin…

People are in grieving stages about Micheals death and will believe or want to believe in anything that someone makes up. Jordan never admitted anything either than he loved Micheal and that they played with eachothers body parts…

He used his son’s illness as a puppet in order to get what she wanted. Roaster: You are missing a lot of facts. First off, The description Jordy gave to the police was NOT accurate. You need find out what you’re reading and where you are getting your facts from. You need to understand that an average sex offender attacks an average of 15-100 vicims. Mj only had 2. If anyone else came forward which was only 1 other person, then it was only to extort money just like the Chandlers.
Keep in mind that Even Chandler (the father) was video recorded saying “If I go through with this, I win big time.” Isn’t it funny how when he learned his son was “molested” he didn’t go striaght to the police? Instead, he went to a lawyer and filed a 20 million dollar lawsuit against Michael. If your child was hurt, wouldn’t you want to press charges first?!? When asked about his own son, he said “that’s irrelevent to me.” What does that tell you? You need to get YOUR facts straight. The second victim was not looking for money, despite the fact they probably could have won a civil case against MJ.
Second, there were at least three victims (Jordan Chandler, Jason Francia). Just because only three boys came forward does NOT mean that there were not others who wouldn’t come forward.
Third, less than 2-4% of the time are people falsely accused of child molestation from their victims. There being at least three victims, this puts it at around 0.0064% or less probability that MJ did not molest any boys.
I am curious why people are so quick to defend a celebrity and trash a potential child molestation victim. It is a complete double standard.

Yes the mother was indeed looking for money because if she had a history of extorting money, and if Mike paid off the first victim’s family, NOT to mention that she used her son’s illness to collect welfare when she had the money for it, then that means that she WAS LOOKING FOR MONEY!!!! My mom’s best friend had a daughter who was sexually molested and she didn’t file a lawsuit like the Chandlers seeking money. She went straight to the police (after taking the girl to the hospital) and pressed charges!!!! Not to mentioned the 2nd accuser’s mother filed a lawsuit against JC Pennys after getting caught shoplifting claiming BS. If you were beaten up you would have went to the police. So she was cleary seeking money from MJ.

However, from my own experience that working in the media business for almost 20 years….I’d suggest you guys just take the news or the reports for reference only….what makes the best sales? Definitely the scandles of the celebrities’.
The judge’s decision may be more reliable than what you’ve seen on CNN or BBC.

Michael was so obviously innocent. Lets hope all of you judging him never get falsely accussed of anything. Then you may know how he felt. He was an easy target for people. He had loads of money, was on top of the world and was childlike himself. The tabloids had been writting horrible stuff about him for years so im sure the accussers thought this would be an easy target. Look how many people turned there backs on him. Its horrible. Everything he went through, all he gave, and this is what happens? No wonder no one wants to do nice things for people anymore.. Michael helped thousands and thousands of children, only to have his faith crushed by two liars? I can’t imagine how horrible that felt for him. If he really liked little boys there are countries were it is perfectly legal to go buy some, so seriously people, stop it. I loved Michael and am thankful for all the wonderful things he has done.. I have to set this straight. Jordan DID admit he lied about Michael because his dad owed money. My cousin is friends with Jordan and years ago they’d play xbox at Jordans condo. One night they were drinking beer and Jordan said nothing happened that is was about money but when Michael dies he will come out. It finally happened, can’t believe it’s true because I thought my cousin was playing around. They don’t hang out anymore. I wish he had a tape recorder then.

Even though I’m not a MJ fan, I’ve read that 1) Jordan Chandler’s description wasnt 100% accurate, Chandler said MJ was circumcised when MJ was not or sthing. If it was accurate, criminal charges would have been filed.
2) There’re reports that stated MJ’s insurance carrier insisted on settling & paid the 22 million in the 1993 case. MJ did not want to settle, it seems. True or not, like this Jchandler confession thing, we’re not sure.

Terry George leapt up excitedly as the phone rang. It was 9pm and he knew exactly who it would be… the most unlikely best friend a 13-year-old boy could have.
It was none other than his pop idol Michael Jackson, who had been calling his Leeds home like clockwork for the past five months after striking up a bizarre relationship.
But this time the besotted young fan’s excitement soon turned to shock and embarrassment as Jacko’s voice crackled down the line.
“He’d ring at 9pm on the dot three times a week and we became like best friends,” Terry recalled. “But on this night he sounded different. The line went quiet and I asked if he was still there.
“Then, suddenly out of nowhere, he asked me if I masturbated and that if I did, did I use cream? I was puzzled and said no. I said I didn’t know what he meant.
“When I paused he said, ‘Would you believe that I am doing it right now?’ and I could hear down the line he was making strange noises. It made me feel confused and uncomfortable.”
Yesterday Terry – now 42 and a multi-millionaire businessman – said: “Michael was a musical legend and genius. But what he did when I was a teenager was wrong.”
He was the first victim of the star’s obsession with children which would ultimately cripple his career.
Jacko, accused of abusing several young boys, was never convicted of any crime. But multi-million-dollar pay-offs to families and a warped insistence that it was OK to share his bed with boys has left a permanent stain on his legacy.
It was in 1993 that young Jordan Chandler claimed in a police statement he was abused at the singer’s Neverland ranch.
Yet more disturbing allegations followed. Jacko’s obsession with children started when he befriended Terry in 1979.
They met when the youngster turned up at his hotel and asked his idol, then 21, for an interview.
“He invited me into his hotel room and we got on brilliantly,” Terry said. “As I went to leave he invited me to hang out with him the next day at the hotel.
“We would sit and giggle and laugh together. It was clear he was happier to be around children than adults and enjoyed their company.”
Before Jacko flew out he asked Terry for his telephone number so they could keep in touch.
“It made me feel special. I got a buzz knowing I had a direct line to a celebrity so I agreed and he promised he would ring me.”
Just a week later came the first of Jacko’s regular calls from America. Terry recalled: “He’d often ask if my parents were in. And when I explained that they had gone out to play bingo he would relax.
“We would chat for hours about silly stuff.He’d sing songs to me down the phone and we’d talk nonsense. We became like best friends.”
Then, only months into their friendship, Jacko abused his trust with the call encouraging Terry to pleasure himself.
“He knew that I wasn’t happy with what he had done and that I felt uncomfortable about it.”
However, they stayed in touch, taking turns to call. That ended when Terry rang up a massive bill and his parents’ line got cut off. In 1981 they met face-to-face again in the UK – but this time Jacko was frosty. “I’ve no idea why his attitude towards me had changed,” Terry said.
They lost contact soon after. Then, suddenly in 1993, Terry got a call from LA detectives on the Chandler case.
Terry said: “The police told me that they felt Michael’s behaviour started with his friendship with me.
“Although I knew what he did was wrong I believed him to be a very confused person rather than a paedophile.”
Yet the investigation which followed suggested a very different story. Dozens of children and former staff, including cancer survivor Gavin Arvizo, came forward claiming he’d abused kids.
He was accused of forcing kids to drink “Jesus Juice” – wine in Coke cans – and watch porn in a hidden room off his bedroom.
His alleged victims claimed the King of Pop pleasured himself in front of them – and insisted on “teaching” them how to do it.
At a trial that followed, Jacko was found not guilty of all the charges.
Yet friends say the claims sent him retreating into his own secluded world.
Earlier this year in a shock call to Terry, Jacko laid bare his misery.
Terry said: “He phoned me out of the blue and we both made our peace about what had happened in the past. I’ve forgiven him for what happened.
“He told me he had been under a lot of pressure recently. I think he was a very confused man who never grew up and lived a tormented life.”
He went on: “He said that people were forced to say things that they later regret.
“But he insisted his love for children was entirely innocent.”
Terry also revealed that Jacko had taken a strong interest in the website he’d founded, Gonetoosoon.org – where users post tributes to people who die young.
“He had been on the site and said he was touched to see some of the messages,” he said. “It had left him very sad and emotional.
“It’s unbelievable that three months on he is dead. After all the strain and torment he has lived through I thought he would live forever. And I am sad that he is gone.”

It is always better to make commentary based on as much information as possible. You may not feel like traveling to Santa Barbara County and reading the court recording of the 2003 trial, but what you can do is read the book “Be Careful Who You Love” by Diane Dimond. The title of the book is part of the lyrics of MJ’s song “Billie Jean.” Diane was the reporter that broke the 1993 molestation case publicly and also covered the 2003 trial for Hard Copy on MSNBC. Incidentally, you will find that Jordan Chandler was not the only kid that got paid off for molestation by Michael Jackson. And as well he has never given public statements that he lied about the molestation–despite all the postings all over the internet. Diane quotes some of the court testimony–it is very revealing! People who testified at the trial–that had no axe to grind gave testimony of what they saw going on. It is true that Michael Jackson has given more money to charity than any other celebrity–and he is to be commended for his generosity. It is also true that he was a great entertainer and produced a prodigious music portfolio. What does not come to light is his scrambled psychological and emotional bearings. What he did to his face can very well be somewhat of an indication of the interior turmoil. I remember something that Diane said in her book–over the years Michael Jackson has squandered his credibility, insulted our intelligence, and has become someone to hard to admire, too hard to love anymore. The kid who won our hearts singing “ABC” had erased himself.
I think she rather hit the nail on the head. You can still love him for the parts that are loveable.

I would like 2 say that I will not pass judgment nor point any fingers because like many bloggers said if (YOU) Have ever been wrongfully accused, Only (YOU) know how (YOU) Will react! With that being said I’ll post something (Personal) I’m a Female I Recently have had a Lil running with and I (Personally) Have not allowed any 1 close 2 me (2 Pay or Over Pay any amount of Money) Bcuz I aint no Celeb, which means that I’ve NO Insurance comp. wouldn’t be making no deals with the (PIGZ) Respective Law offices NOR Will I just sit still and watch 20. Mill down the drain!
