Joe Jackson has been cut out of Michael Jackson’s will. While Katherine Jackson appears in Michael’s will, Joe Jackson has been left out of his own son’s will says widespread reports.

Over the years, alleged disputes between Michael Jackson and Joe Jackson were never clear. But if new will reports are accurate, they will confirm what Michael may have thought of his father.

Jackson had alleged during his life time that his father Joe had beat him. In a new 2002 will surfacing, the Wall Street Journal is reporting that Jackson provides for his children, his mother, and charities, and not for his father. The will is currently in the possession of John Branca.

Branca is set to lodge the will with the court within the next 30 days.
