While Jon is reportedly shopping for his own pad, the Gosselin haven’t been able to sell their previous home!

The old house is reportedly located at 2190 Andrew Avenue, Elizabethtown, PA 17022. Its listing reads as follows:

Multiple reports confirm Jon Gosselin was with Trump Place reps last week looking at a potential pad in the stunning building located in New York City’s upper west side. The building is described as follows:

But what would life be like for the father of Plus 8, no longer in a suburbs mansion and now in a skyrise big city building?

Reports say that there are both apartments to own and rent in the building. But at reported price tag started at $1.5 million, can Gosselin afford that? Or would TLC pick up the tab and continue Plus 8 shooting partially in the Big Apple? No comment by TLC nor Gosselin to the apartment reports.
