Donte Stallworth is going to jail. Donte Stallworth will serve 30 days in jail for a DUI manslaughter that left a Miami Beach pedestrian dead on May 14, Mario Reyes.

The Cleveland Browns wide receiver will thereafter serve two years house arrest, 8 years probation, pay a $10,000 fine, and serve 1,000 hours of community service.

Reyes was killed by Donte in his Bentley GT Coupe in March. Reyes was a crane operator heading home from work, walking at the time. Reyes was 59.

Stallworth has reportedly also reached a civil settlement with the Reyes family.
