The photos taken allegedly depict the acclaimed screenwriter with a man, reportedly cerca 2006. Now those photos are reportedly in the hands of agency “Starzlife”.

Who sold them? How much? Details are still unclear. The man pictured with allegedly Black is not yet identified. (Give it til Saturday, that will probably come out too.)

Dustin’s next project is The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test. His film What’s Wrong with Virginia is currently in pre production with a 2010 release date.

Black is also staff writer on the cable tv series Big Love, from 2006 to the present. Besides Milk, Dustin also delivered the wonderful film Pedro previously profiled on LALATE.
