Roger Penske’s Penske Automotive Group Inc. is buying Saturn! Roger Penske’s Saturn buy comes at only $100 to 200 million price tag, says insiders.

A steal!

Roger Penske says today that the deal will close by next quarter.

“We would expect to have a lineup manufactured by a worldwide partner. We have not made a transaction with any other manufacturer at this point. The ultimate goal would be to have those vehicles built in the U.S.”

Penske reveals he will continue to sell Saturns manufactured by GM through 2011.

Roger Penske also owns Penske Corp, Penske Truck Leasing Corp., Penske Racing Inc. and Penske Racing South.
