Last Friday, Arizona’s Diamondbacks called up the left-hander Daniel. Schlereth was the team’s 2008 first round pick. Schlereth says on being called up:
“I’d be lying to you if I said I thought it would happen this quick. I expected to be in Mobile for a little longer, but I’m definitely excited to be here.”
Dad Mark won 3 Super Bowl titles and now serves as an analyst for ESPN.
