Susan Boyle proved tonight that she has what it takes to win Britain’s Got Talent final. The 47-year-old singer from Blackburn, West Lothian, Scotland had delivered a lackluster semi final performance of MEMORY from Cats.

But tonight, Boyle was back!

Piers Morgan said:

“All I kept thinking is all you have to do is walk down that stage to that microphone and sing the song better than you did last time. That was the greatest performance in Britain’s Got Talent history”

Amanda Holde:

“I have never heard such powerful, confident vocals. I echo what Piers said. You did it for Scotland. You did it for Great Britain. … Simon had a tear in his eye and I’ve never seen that before.”

Simon Cowell:

“I don’t know who’s going to win, and went on to tell her, Win or lose, you have the guts to come back her tonight to face your critics and you did that and beat them. That’s the most important thing. … You can walk away with your head held high. I absolutely adore you.”

And the world adores Susan Boyle.

Nadya Suleman confirms a new reality show deal that will not be like Jon and Kate Plus 8. Nadya Suleman v. Jon and Kate Plus 8 h8ting has started after press asked Nadya’s rep if her new confirmed tv show will be like the hugely successful TLC reality show.

Suleman’s rep slammed the similarities.

“Her television program will not be like the Jon and Kate Plus 8 show. [Nadya] is looking forward to providing her side of the story.”

The question is whether Suleman’s reality show will work? LALATE thinks not. Kate Gosselin is a  enjoyed reality personality whereas Suleman comes into the show widely disliked. Jon and Kate offered a husband wife relationship to the storyline while Suleman only offers a mother child core. And the biggest mistake – the production schedule. Her rep says the programming schedule would be several shows throughout the year.

Sorry, that doesn’t work in reality tv land. TLC’s program works because their production schedule is very close to their air dates. Producers are able to gauge and prep episode concepts based upon quick responses from viewers.

Calvin Borel WILL run Mine That Bird at the Belmont Stakes! Calvin Borel’s Mine That Bird run for Belmont Stakes was confirmed moments ago by the track.

LALATE broke to you earlier that Preakness winner Rachel Alexandra is out, putting in question if Calvin Borel could return to his Kentucky Derby winning horse Mine That Bird for Belmont.

Moments ago Borel confirmed he will run Bird at Belmont.

As broke earlier on LALATE, Rachel Alexandra’s Jess Jackson said his horse won’t run Belmont:

“After careful consideration, we have decided not to run Rachel Alexandra in the Belmont Stakes next weekend. We have advised Calvin Borel, (Mine That Bird’s trainer) Chip Woolley and Belmont of our decision. We thank them, the media, and the fans for their many courtesies and patience while we pondered.

“We know the media and many fans would have liked to see her run in the Belmont Stakes — we feel the same. But all of us sincerely interested in the horse must agree that we only want to see her run when it is best for her. While she is in great shape, having strong works, and recovering well from her amazing performances, we feel Rachel deserves a well-earned vacation. Since March 14, Rachel has won four graded races with just two weeks rest between her last two victories. We will always put her long-term well-being first. And, of course, we want to run her when she is fresh.”

Borel tells Belmont moments ago he has agreed to run Bird:
