Rodney Rodgers Accident UPDATE

Rodney Rodgers’ accident is given an update during a TNT interview tonight with Chris Webber. Rodney Rodgers’ interview with Webber aires on TNT during the NBA Eastern Conference finals Thursday.
A November 2008 dirt bike accident left Rodney Rogers a quadriplegic.
The NBA veteran and former Wake Forest University Star was injured in North Carolina. Rodgers was paralyzed from the waist down following being thrown from an ATV. Rodgers was drafted in 1993, played 12 seasons, and reportedly saved his money. He then went to work for the City of Durham’s Public Works Department just to keep busy. Said his boss:
“I didn’t even know he had lots of money. He is very friendly, very concerned, very conscientious. We chose him because of his ethics and his attitude.
“He was highly motivated. He was promoted to supervisor six months ago”.
