Twitter TV Series!

Reveille and Brillstein are producing a new Twitter TV Series. A Twitter TV Series? Will it last more that 140 characters?
Amy Ephron, whose sisters Nora and Delia cashed in on the You’ve Got Mail movie, is slated to executive produce the series which will “put players on the trail of celebrities in an interactive, competitive format”.
Yawn.
We didn’t need a myspace or facebook tv show (even thought Pitbull’s “Go Girl” song worked). So why do we need a Twitter tv show? And what would it be about? Hearing that Miley Cyrus and Heidi Montag want to go to Church together? Catching pictures of Spencer Pratt stuck in traffic on Sunset Boulevard, or Kim Kardashian wearing blond wigs and posting sunburn pictures?
“We’ve found a compelling way to bring the immediacy of Twitter to life on TV,” says Brillstein.
At least someone has.
