Swine flu is “probable” in Chicago. Swine Flu concerns closed Chicago’s Joyce Kilmer Elementary School today. Below is video about the Swine Flu threat hitting that community.

Officials closed the school after one child was deemed a probable case – probable meaning that CDC testing is needed for confirmation. School officials wouldn’t give any details – if the child had been in Mexico, his condition, or similar. All they said is the child is at home.

Health representatives added:

“Parents should not be alarmed but they should be prepared. If children are sick, keep them home.”

They say that the school will be cleaned. But parents should understand that the influenza is passed by physical contact person to person, not by touching doors and similar.

Earlier this month, LALATE reported exclusively that, while PEOPLE claims Oksana Grigorieva’s former agent informed them Oksana Grigorieva is the woman photographed on a Costa Rica beach with Mel Gibson, the same person is in fact Oksana Grigorieva’s current agent / manager according to their company’s website.

The appearance by the two last night  is in stark contrast to a statement by the actor just days ago:

“Throughout our marriage and separation we have always strived to maintain the privacy and integrity of our family and will continue to do so”.

Access Hollywood claims Oksana has dated Gibson for three years and is now pregnant. Reports had claimed that Mel Gisbon has purchased a Sherman Oaks home just before New Years where Oksana and her son (with former James Bond Timothy Dalton) are now living.

Amid the Jon Gosselin cheating scandal report in US Magazine, it’s the Nissan Nismo, not the other woman, that’s fascinating people. Cheating or test driving?

That’s the peculiar story broke to you last night here.

Reality tv star Jon Gosselin, star of Jon and Kate Plus 8, says when he appeared from a nightclub with a woman he wasn’t cheating on his wife – he was only giving the woman a test drive in his new Nissan Nismo.

Suddenly Nissan got a lot of free publicity today!

The cover story has the story title “Jon and Kate Plus 8 Dad Caught With Other Woman” and the cover reads “caught with other woman”. The magazine claims “Jon & Kate Plus 8 dad leaving a club at 2 a.m. — with a mystery woman and without his wedding band” and referring to the woman as “babe”

In fact, it’s the magazine that talks about the car, not Jon.

Jon Gosselin arrived at the club at 11:20 p.m. and by 2 a.m. “could barely walk” as he exited the less-public back entrance of Legends Lounge … [He] was overheard yelling, “Hey, babe! Babe! Give me my jacket!” before climbing into his Nissan Nismo. (She complied.)

Jon’s response -

“I went to Legends to speak to the owner. A friend of mine wanted to check out my car, so I let her drive it to her car,” he says. “Yes, I have female friends — but that is all she is. I’m not going to end my friendships just because I’m on TV.”

The second generation NISMO 370Z hits retailers this June 2009. The Nismo 370Z is from NNA’s Specialty Vehicles Group. It’s 350-horsepower 3.7-liter V6, NISMO-tuned Suspension system.

So when pictures hit today, side angle, with the headline reading “Tupac is Alive !!! “, the reaction was to be expected.

Many fans  are saying why can’t you get a better photo, why can’t you go up and take a picture face on, others saying it is him and he never died and you need to believe.

Bi the way – Aubrey O’Day for Shot at Love? Aubrey O’Day as Shot at Love’s new MTV host is being chattered today, the show originated by Tila Tequila.

After Tequila left the show, the Ikki Twins as broke first on LALATE were signed on to replace. Then last year LALATE broke exclusively the first Aubrey O’Day playboy photos .. and her private party for you to attend (which hopefully you did).

Now today a new reportedly says Ikki Twins are out for next season and in O’Day, right away. The casting of O’Day is reportedly geared to help jump start the former Danity Kane stars solo music career.

Ironically, last night O’Day twittered:

i like this, “a big shot is a lil shot… who kept shooting”

No confirmation from O’Day or MTV to the report.
