Get ready for a Paris Hilton Doug Reinhardt wedding! Paris Hilton engagement to Doug Reinhardt is around the corner, if you believe Paris Hilton.

(Of course, this time last year Paris was suppose to be married with kids to Benji Madden.)

But now this weekend Paris Hilton tells press she will marry The Hills former cast member Doug Reinhardt whom she claims she has known for sometime. But when you compare both those claims by Paris to what her mom, Kathy Hilton told press just days ago, they don’t line up.

Paris tells  E! this weekend:

“He’s going to be my husband”.

Not so, says Kathy Hilton:

“People ask me these questions all the time. I’m not planning any weddings anytime soon for either of them!”

Paris also claims she has known Doug since 2008.

“We’re best friends. It’s not like we just met. We’ve known each other over the past year. I was in a relationship before and we reconnected. I’m really in love and really happy.”

Not so, says Kathy Hilton. She claims daughter Paris just met him:

“Well, she has only known him for a few weeks, so I don’t know.”

Publicity Paris at her best. So who do you believe – mom or Paris?
