Courtenay Semel, ex girlfriend of Tila Tequila and “friend” of Lindsay Lohan, has checked into rehab. Courtenay Semel’s rehab stint follows previous work on E!’s Filthy Rich Cattle Drive. Semel, the daughter of Terry Semel, is reportedly dating currently heiress Casey Johnson.

Her rep tells press:

“Courtenay has indeed checked into rehab . . . She’s emotionally, physically and mentally exhausted. She is now taking responsibility for her actions and is excited for her chance to start over.”
