Pink Albino Dolphins!

PHOTOS! Breathtaking pictures of pink Albino Dolphins have been snapped. The Amazon River Botos is a stunning albino pink dolphin. But this is old news.
But while news of the albino pink dolphins is hitting strong today because of a story in the Daily Telegraph, you might want to stop before calling this a new discovery. In fact the pictures today are much the same as pictures two years ago (shown above).
The pink dolphins shown today were actually snapped in Lake Charles, Louisiana (aka Lake Louisana) by Captain Erik Rue of Calcasieu Charter Service on June 24th, 2007. The pictures online from 2007 look amazingly similar to photos being run today 2009. Today’s article makes no mention that they were discovered in 2007 but says “Capt Rue originally saw the dolphin, which also has reddish eyes, swimming with a pod of four other dolphins, with one appearing to be its mother which never left its side.”
The albinos have reddish eyes and pink skin.
