Roxana Saberi’s father Reza is an American journalist. He reveals this weekend to FOX News that she called him to tell him she had been arrested last month. But Roxana doesn’t know what the charges are, nor where she is being held.

Saberi has reported for NPR, BBC and FOX.

He tells NPR also:

“She said that she had bought a bottle of wine and the person that sold it had reported it and then they came and arrested her”

Roxana Saberi’s condition is still yet not known.
