Outstanding is now what police are using to describe what happened inside Rachael Ramonas” reported home.

Says reports:

Wolcott police say two dozen arrests for underage drinking have been made at the home of Miss Connecticut’s Outstanding Teen…. Police say the residence is home to 17-year-old Rachael Ramonas”.

Ramonas last August competed in the Miss America Outstanding Teen pageant. But she didn’t win. She did win a $2,000 scholarship for her state win.

Police say 24 people have been arrested for possession of alcohol by a minor. The Miss Connecticut Scholarship Corp. has no comment but is reviewing the situation.
