Gibbons appeared in court today on charges of obtaining property by false pretense and illegal possession of a controlled substance.

Gibbons has been out on bail since being arrest in November last year. In August that same year, she was reportedly charged with “misrepresenting herself as a physician and obtaining property by false pretense and one count of attempting to obtain a controlled substance by misrepresenting herself as a physician.”

And yes, her books are non fiction.
