Nova Henry is dead. Nova Henry, the mother of the son of Eddy Curry (photo above), has been murdered! Nova Henry was shot dead. Also, Ava, Henry’s baby daughter, has been killed.

Nova Henry, mother of former Bulls player Eddy Curry’s toddler son, was found Saturday fatally shot in her South Loop apartment, a source confirmed.

Nova Henry and daughter Ava were shot dead 6 p.m. in the 0-99 block of West 15th Street in Chicago Saturday. Henry’s 3-year-old son is fine. Police suspect a “known acquaintance” for the murder.

Henry’s mother found her daughter and granddaughter in the apartment, officials said.

Says reports “A source close to Curry—a married father of four—said the basketball player maintains that he is not the father of Ava Henry. Court records show that Nova Henry filed two separate petitions to establish parentage in November 2005 and September 2008. The source said that Curry is very active in his son’s life.”

This has been some month for Eddy Curry. While Curry’s salary is $9.4 million, he is out with knee injuries.

Plus LALATE broke earlier this month David Kuchinsky the former driver of Eddy Curry is suing the Knicks player claiming Eddy Curry committed harassment and asked for gay sex.

David Kuchinsky’s lawsuit reportedly seeks $98,000 plus compensatory damages, claiming $68,000 in salary and the rest in expenses went unpaid.

But Eddy Curry’s lawyer has a few words about Kuchinsky. She says the claims are untrue, that the unpaid wages have been raised by David for several months and that the has been “upping the ante each time.”
